Por favor no envíes ningún documento por correo postal.

Ten en cuenta que tienes que subir obligatoriamente una copia de tu pasaporte o tarjeta de identidad y subir en Acceso Personal un Certificado de tu nivel de español oficial (de tu universidad o la de Murcia) o el documento aqui firmado por el responsable de tu universidad de origen en el caso de seguir asignaturas en español.

ANTES DE VENIR A MURCIA, tienes que haber registrado el plan de estudios en tu cuenta estudiante, para que el tutor la revise y valide.

ADMISSION ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/25

The application on-line for 2025/26 first semester and full year is open:

1st semester and annual students: from April 1st until June 15th

2nd semester students: from October 1st till November 8th

Please read carefully all the information.

Step 1: You must be nominated by your university as an Erasmus+ student.

Step 2: Once you are nominated, you will receive an email from erasmusincoming@um.es with the Erasmus procedure a few days later.

Step 3: Student should apply on-line, and briefly the student will receive another email with more instructions and general information.

Step 4 : Validation : The students receives an email with the NIU (=ID) number and a PDF with email UM + PIN giving access to all the services at the UM (webmail , Servicio de Idiomas, etc.) . Aula Virtual is only available 24 hours after being registered by the SELF-REGISTRATION.

Note that you have to upload compulsorily a copy of your passport or ID card and a certificate of your Spanish language level , an oficial one from the Instituto Cervantes or the document here signed by the person in charge of your home university in case you follow spanish given courses.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE you must send the Learning Agreement, with the course list to your tutor at the UM. You will have the contact details once you apply on-line.

El Servicio de Idiomas de la Universidad de Murcia ofrece de forma gratuita un Curso Intensivo de Lengua Española dirigido a los estudiantes pertenecientes a los programas de movilidad internacional, con el fin de facilitar su integración en la vida social y académica de Murcia y la universidad.

The Language Service at the University of Murcia offers a free Intensive Spanish Language Course for all incoming students participating in international programmes in order to help them get to grips with social and academic life both at the university and in general.

The course is NOT compulsory.

A certificate will be issued at the end of the course stating the level and hours.

Format of the course: 30 hours = 1 ECTS credit

- 10 hours workload

¿Cómo llegar al Campus de Espinardo?

Autobús: tiene diferentes paradas en distintos lugares de la ciudad pero la parada más fácil de encontrar es la situada en la Gran Vía Escultor Salzillo (parada al lado del Banco de España, dirección a la Plaza Circular). Una vez en el Campus de Espinardo, debes bajar en la parada de Veterinaria o en la de Química.

Tranvía: Línea 1, tramo B. Salida desde Plaza Circular. Parada en Campus de Espinardo: Centro Social.

El Edificio Rector Soler es el edificio nº 18, y Relaciones Internacionales se encuentra en la 2ª planta.

AUTOMATRICULA y TUI

La Automatrícula es el registro en tu Facultad y te da acceso a Aula Virtual (Aula Virtual disponible solamente una vez te hayas matriculado en la secretaría de tu facultad UM)..

Antes de realizar la automatrícula debes realizar las siguientes comprobaciones:

- Propuesta de Plan de Estudios: Debe estar validada por tu tutor/a en tu plataforma de movilidad (erasmus.um.es).

- PIN de Acceso. Este es el PIN que utilizaste por primera vez para entrar en la plataforma de movilidad. Si lo has olvidado, consulta la presentación adjunta con indicaciones para recuperarlo.

- Ten a mano tu tarjeta de crédito. Para finalizar la matrícula debes abonar el seguro escolar obligatorio (6.13€).

Tarjeta inteligente (TUI)

A través de la app https://www.um.es/web/atica/tui

Permitir almacenar dentro de la tarjeta el certificado electrónico del usuario.

La TUI también está dotada de un chip de proximidad que facilita, por ejemplo, la apertura de barreras de aparcamientos, puertas de acceso a edificios, puertas de despachos, bancadas de bicicletas (MuyBici), torno del gimnasio, tan solo con acercarla al dispositivo de lectura.

Secretarías virtuales.

Uso de la TUI en el móvil mediante la aplicación de móvil: appTUI.

SELF-REGISTRATION AND TUI

Automatricula is the registration at your faculty and gives access to Aula Virtual (Aula Virtual available only once you enrol at your UM faculty)..

Before self-enrolling you must make the following checks:

- Study Plan Proposal: It must be validated by your tutor in your mobility platform (erasmus@um.es)

- Access PIN. This is the PIN you used for the first time to enter the mobility platform. If you have forgotten it, see the attached presentation with instructions on how to retrieve it.

- Credit card. To finalize the registration you must pay the compulsory school insurance (6.13 €) .

En el caso que vayas a hacer PRACTICAS en nuestra universidad (esto afecta mayoritariamente a estudiantes de Medicina, Educacion , Enfermeria, Trabajo Social ,Psicologia, etc.) y estarás en contacto con niños y menores entonces debes entregarnos a tu llegada un Certificado de Penales de tu país. Si no dispones del documento no podrás hacer prácticas en escuelas, hospitales, etc.

Además si vas a seguir asignaturas ( de ESTUDIOS) mencionadas en el documento AQUI , tambien debes traer tu Certificado de Penales de tu pais.

Sports Activities Service

A wide range of facilities. These are mainly at the Espinardo Campus :

¿Qué hacer en Murcia?

Murcia es una antigua, mediterránea y acogedora ciudad fundada y fortificada en el 825 a.C. por Abderramán II con el nombre de Mursiya, en las fertiles orillas del Rio Segura.
Murcia -un paraíso de luz y flores de naranjo- es una alegre y extrovertida ciudad, conocida por su Catedral, la Iglesia de Nuestro Padre Jesús (actualmente sede del museo del famoso escultor, Salzillo), el Palacio Episcopal, el Convento de Santa Ana, la Iglesia de San Miguel, el Monasterio de Santa Clara la real, El Almudí, el Santuario de la Fuensanta, los jardines del Malecón y el Casino. Otros puntos de interés son: el Museo de Murcia y el Museo del Agua, así como las norias del Segura en Murcia y los pueblos de alrededor que componen el paisaje de nuestra región.

Murcia también disfruta de un gran número de festividades: Carnaval (Febrero), Semana Santa (Marzo-abril), Fiestas de primavera (Marzo-abril), la Feria de Murcia (Septiembre), y Navidad (Diciembre), los cuales, junto con el cine, teatro, festivales de música, conferencias, y muestras de arte ,componen la excitante vida cultural de la ciudad. La mayoría de estos eventos tienen lugar en el "Teatro Romea" y en el "Auditorio" de la Región de Murcia, mientras otros son financiados por diversas cajas de ahorros.

La costa y las montañas

En nuestra Región, puedes disfrutar de la playa prácticamente todo el año, pero sobre todo durante las vacaciones de primavera y verano. Se realizan una gran variedad de actividades acuátias en las cuales puedes participar, incluyendo la navegación, windsurf, esquí acuático, buceo, etc.

La temperatura media durante el año varía entre los 12ºC en invierno y los 25'5ºC en verano. El clima es seco, calor en verano y suave en invierno, y Murcia está entre las ciudades que reciben mayor número de horas de sol a lo largo del año.

Un brazo de tierra, La Manga, corre paralelo a la costa de Murcia formando un pequeño mar interior, conocido como el Mar Menor, mientras al otro lado, sus playas son bañadas por el Mar Mediterráneo. Los lugares de vacaciones del Mar Menor incluyen San Javier, La Ribera, Los Alcázares, y, naturalmente, La Manga.

Si prefieres excursiones a pie más que ir a nadar, te recomendaríamos el Parque Natural de Calblanque y las bonitas cuevas y playas que rodean este entorno.

Para los amantes de la naturaleza, hay un gran número de actividades en la montaña. Puedes disfrutar las subidas del Leyva en Sierra Espuña o la Panocha en el valle, donde puedes escalar, subir en bicicleta, prácticar trekking, o simplemente pasear.

Bares y restaurantes

Ya has probablemente oido hablar sobre las famosas "tapas" españolas. En Murcia, hay un gran número de bares y terrazas donde puedes disfrutar un delicioso aperitivo al aire libre. Las tapas más conocidas son: pisto, zarangollo, ensalada murciana, etc., todas preparadas con verduras de los abundantes mercados de Murcia.

Alguno de los más populares bares son "El Palomo" y "Los Toneles", ambos situados en la C/Cánovas del Castillo, el "Pepico del Tío Ginés" en C/Las mulas, "Los Zagales" en C/Polo de Medina, "El Patio" en C/Paco, "La Parranda" en la Plaza de San Juan, o "El tío sentao" en C/La manga.

Los fines de semana, los bares sirven tapas en las abarrotadas Plaza de las Flores, Plaza Mayor y Alfonso X el Sabio. Si prefieres una comida más formal, existen restaurantes en muchas partes de la ciudad donde puedes encontrar comida de alta calidad a un precio asequible.

What is there to do in Murcia?

Murcia is an ancient, Mediterranean and hospitable city which was founded and fortified in 825 AD by Abderraman II with the name Mursiya in the fertile planes of the River Segura. Murcia - a paradise of light and orange blossom - is a cheerful, outgoing city, crowned by its Cathedral, the Church of Our Father Jesus (home to the museum of the celebrated sculptor, Salzillo), the Episcopal Palace, the Convent of Santa Ana, the Church of Saint Michael, the Monastery of Santa Clara la Real, El Almudi, the Sancutary of la Fuensanta, the Gardens of the Malecón, and the Casino. Other points of interest are the Museum of Murcia and the Hydraulic Museum, as well as the water mills of the Segura river in Murcia and the surrounding villages which make up our Region.

Murcia also enjoys a wealth of festivities: carnivals (February), Holy Week(March- April), the Spring Festivals (March/April), the Fair of Murcia (September), and Christmas (December), which, together with cinema, theatre, and music festivals, conferences, and art exhibitions make up the exciting cultural life in the city. Many of these events take place in the "Teatro Romea" and "Centro de Congresos" of the Region of Murcia while others are sponsored by the various savings banks (cajas de ahorros).

The coast and the mountains:

In our Region, you can enjoy the coast practically year-round, but above all during the Easter holidays and summer. There exists a huge variety of water activities in which you can take part including sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, scuba diving, etc.

The average temperature during the year ranges from 12°C in winter to 25.5°C in summer. The climate is dry, hot in summer and mild in winter and Murcia is among the cities in Spain which receive the most sunshine throughout the year.

A spit of land, La Manga, runs parallel to the coast of Murcia forming a small sea of its own, known as the Mar Menor, while its other beaches are bathed by the Mediterranean. The resorts of the Mar Menor include San Javier, La Ribera, Los Alcázares, and, of course, La Manga itself. If you fancy hiking rather than swimming, we would recommend the Natural Park of Calblanque and the beautiful coves and coastal areas which surround this area.

For the nature lover, there are a number of activities in the mountains. You can enjoy the walls of the Leyva in the Sierra Espuña or the Panocha in El Valle, where you can climb, cycle, trek or simply hike.

Bars and Restaurants:

You have probably already heard of the famous Spanish "tapas." In Murcia, there are a great number of bars and squares where you can enjoy a delicious appetiser in the open air.
